When do I have to pay for an account?
Creating a SearchSpace AI account is free - payment is required when you want to create a listing or claim an existing one. The first month for any of our plans to create and manage listings is free.
Can I change which listings are active?
Yes, you may create as many listings as you’d like through our editor, and select which ones you would like to be active. Some of our plans allow you to activate more listings then others.
What happens to my listings if I cancel my payments?
When you cancel your subscription, your listings will remain for the rest of the current payment period. Once that period is over they will become inactive and no longer viewable on our website. You can reactivate your listings if you choose to restart your payment plan.
If I pay for a plan and want to upgrade, what happens to the amount I already paid?
At any point you can cancel your plan, however your payment for the current pay period will not be refunded. After cancelling your subscription you can sign up for a new plan and receive the same trial 90 day period as with your original plan.
